When necessary, under the Market Code, the CMA will issue Guidance Notes and other documents including Operational Bulletins.
The menu on the left of this page provides links to these documents which will be listed in date issue order. The types of document are:
Bulletins: Operational Bulletins to Trading Parties will be issued by email and subsequently published on the CMA website. Where relevant the bulletin will be given an expiry date;
Guidance Notes: The Market Code permits the CMA to "develop such guidance notes or information for existing and potential Trading Parties on such matters as the CMA considers appropriate". Guidance Notes will be published on the CMA Website.
